What are our minimums?
Our embroidery minimums are 12 pieces per design and per item.
How long to complete your order?
Typically our turnaround time for embroidery orders is 7-15 days from time of payment, excluding any shipping time.
What are our quantity breaks?
Our quantity breaks for embroidered garments begin at 24+ pieces, then 48+ pieces, 96+ pieces and beyond for large volume orders. This is on a per design basis.
Do we allow Customer supplied garments?
Short answer, no. In some very special circumstances we will consider it, otherwise we only print orders on blanks that we supply in order to guarantee the level of quality that you expect from us. We carry blanks from every major manufacturer and many boutique brands so you’ll never have trouble finding the right piece for your project.
